This is the first analog reel-to-reel copy of the original two track master tape. Box with 2 page insert and tape on metal reel.
This copy was made on a Studer B67 tape machine for playback and a Studer A80 tape machine for recording.

The original analog reel-to-reel master tapes were recorded using Studer A80 tape machine.

 

 

Jason Hunter Baltic Quartet consists of four well-known jazz artists from the Baltic states - Jason Hunter, an American trumpeter residing in Estonia, Augustas Baronas, a percussionist from Lithuania, Atis Andersons, a virtuoso of the "Hammond" electric organ, from Latvia, and Allan Kaljiste, an alto saxophonist from Estonia

 

Trumpeter, arranger and composer Jason Hunter combines modern jazz with the best musical traditions in style of Neo-Bop, Hard Bop and West Coast and his music can be considered a special refreshment for the mind, body and soul.

 

Album includes five tracks; three original compositions and two arrangements of jazz standards.

All music composed by Jason Hunter, except "I Didn't Know What Time It Was" composed by Richard Rodgers and arranged by Jason Hunter and "Lover Man" composed by Jimmy Davis and arranged by Jason Hunter. 

Recorded on September 11 and 12, 2021, at the LokoMotiv Room, Riga, Latvia.
